| 1. | All Students should come to school daily in complete school uniform which should be well ironed and clean.

| 2. | When pupils go from one class to another, they will do so in silence and in order. They will never leave the class without the permission from the teacher, not the school premises, without the permission from the Principal/Director.

| 3. | The school will not hold itself responsible for the loss of books, money, clothes etc. It is not advisable for students to bring valuable articles to the school.
|

| 4. | Parents are required to see that the children should prepare their daily lesson and do their own home work regularly.
|
| |
| 5. | Students should put in at least three hours study every day.
|
| |
| 6. | Parents are requested to make complaints, if any, to the Principal directly, and not to the class teachers.
|
| |
| 7. | Every student must be present at the re-opening of the school after the Summer and Puja Vacation.
|
| |
| 8. | Continuous absence for 15 days or more, without any written permission, leave will be considered equivalent to the withdrawal of the students from the school and her/his name will be struck off from the rolls.

| 9. | Students must keep the classroom and school premises neat and clean.
|
| |
| 10. | Any kind of damage to school property will be repaired at the cost of the responsible party.
|
| |
| 11. | No Student will ordinarily be allowed to leave the class during the teaching period.
|

| 12. | Student who remain absent from the class, must have the reason entered in the Regularity Record, Stating briefly the cause of the absence or delay. Reason of a private nature may be stated in a letter. No leave of absence is granted without a previous written application from the guardian.

| 13. | Every student must reach school before the Assembly.
|
| |
| 14. | Two Summative Examinations and four formative Examination monthly tests will be held to register the progress of the students. However, Promotion to next higher class will be granted on the basis of the performance last Final Examination to be held in March.

| 15. | We don’t appreciate the gesture of sending gifts for children, teachers for birthday celebration.
|
| |
| 16. | No Student will be allowed to leave before the school over unless written permission is granted by the Principal.
|

| 17. | No Students will be allowed to go to their relative’s house.
|
| |
| 18. | Parents are requested to send the Tiffin in Tiffin Box along with water bottle with your child daily otherwise the same may not be accepted while running the school.
|

| 19. | Student must reach school 10 minutes before to join the Morning assembly.
|
| |
| 20. | The Guardians must escort their wards from the school after school hours. The school authority is not responsible for the students after scheduled school hours in any way. This practice is also requested to be followed as an when a student is allowed to go home with the due consent of the guardian.
